Unfortunately, engineers have not yet designed a single, portable and affordable mechanism that would do all the housework: washing, scraping, polishing. Much has to be done the old-fashioned way – by hand. It is good that there are ways to do household chores as quickly and efficiently as possible without resorting to a battery of expensive, unsafe chemicals.

Kitchen cleaning. Soda, vinegar, and other helpers

• Good homemakers clean doors and facades regularly. But the tops are either forgotten or left to clean up for later. As a result, so much dust and grease accumulate on the cabinets and the refrigerator.

• Mix 3 liters of warm water with a cup of vodka (even better alcohol), half a cup of vinegar, and a quarter cup of baking soda. Apply the resulting composition to the bath’s surface, which has become cloudy from time to time, and leave it there for half an hour. Then rinse and make sure the bathroom is noticeably whiter.
• Always rinse the tub and shower tray after use. It is desirable with the help of an antibacterial agent. The fact is that microparticles of our skin and bacteria remain on the sides, walls, and pallet. It is crucial to remove them promptly so that the bathroom (shower stall) does not become a breeding ground for pathogenic microorganisms.
• How to clean the bathroom curtain? The shower curtain is washed in soapy water and then rinsed. If it gets too dirty, add 1-2 caps of bleach to the water at the time of rinsing.
• A traditional rubber mat is also washed in warm water with washing powder. Spread it only after the rubber is completely dry.

• Sprinkle baking soda over the carpet and forget about it for a quarter of an hour. Then sweep the soda with a broom and vacuum the product.
• The special, sticky wool collection roller is an excellent tool for cleaning old fabric lampshades. All dust particles to one will stick to the tape, and after all, you will need to wipe the lampshade with a clean and dry napkin.
• Use ammonia or acetone to remove stains from the bronze parts of a chandelier or sconce. It is necessary to moisten a cotton swab, rub the bronze with it, and then rinse it with soapy water.
