Design and Canvas
The Moto G9 Play brings a look that has become common in the industry, characterized by the screen with reduced edges and notch in the shape of a drop on the top to house the front camera. The design of the Galaxy A51 is more refined: it has smaller borders and a front camera inside the screen , resulting in a better use of the front. Despite bringing panels of the same size, Samsung’s cell phone is smaller and lighter.
The Galaxy A51 should also outperform the Moto G9 Play in display quality. While the Motorola phone has a 6.5-inch LCD screen with HD + resolution , the Galaxy has a Super AMOLED panel known for the best contrast and colors, and Full HD + definition. Therefore, the Galaxy A51 tends to deliver a superior experience when watching videos and displaying texts for reading.
Cameras
The Moto G9 Play has everything to do better in less lit environments, as it has a 48 MP sensor and a larger aperture (f / 1.7). The Motorola cell phone, however, is left with an ultra wide lens and its additional cameras have sensors with less megapixels, of only 2 MP for macro and 2 MP for depth sensor.
The Galaxy A51 features a 48 MP main camera that combines four pixels in one to try to compensate for the f / 2.0 aperture , considered weak by today’s standards. The Galaxy A51 features a Samsung Exynos 9611 processor, an octa-core chip that reaches a speed of 2.3 GHz and promises to be able to run most Android apps and games without any problems. The same goes for the Moto G9 Play, as the Snapdragon 662 ( Qualcomm ) up to 2 GHz should not be far behind, at least in everyday tasks.
Both have 4 GB RAM. It is worth remembering that Motorola’s lower resolution screen requires less effort to run games, for example. However, neither smartphone is suitable for heavier tasks, such as games with realistic graphics.
